Project Description: The renovation of this historic Wilmington schoolhouse created a new home for Little Loaf Bakery, blending preservation with modern function. Scope included selective demolition, new partitions and finishes, and installation of a full bakery equipment package with ovens, mixers, refrigeration, and prep stations. The completed space balances historic character with code-compliant systems and the efficiency required for daily food service.
