Project Description: Interior renovation of Cape Fear Public Utility Authority’s Wilmington office. Scope included selective demolition; reconfigured private offices, conference rooms, and open work areas; refreshed customer service and call center zones; new casework and breakroom upgrades; carpet tile, paint, and acoustical ceilings; ADA improvements; and MEP modifications for new power, data, LED lighting, and life-safety updates. Work was phased to keep the facility operating with dust and noise control.
