Project Description: King Street boutique renovation for alice + olivia in Charleston, SC, with a reworked sales floor layout, new fitting rooms, and back-of-house buildout. Scope included selective demolition, floor leveling, new partitions and ceilings, LED lighting and power upgrades, ADA and life-safety improvements, and refined finishes. We installed owner-furnished fixtures and custom millwork to meet brand standards.
